====== Work Shack ====== Small space-habitat facilities and supply depots are built to provide a temporary but livable environment for workers as they construct larger stations. A work shack is an unstreamlined cylinder 50’ long (SM +6, 100 tons) with attached solar panels, often made of a discarded chemical rocket booster’s upper stage. It has a bunkroom, a small factory area, several storerooms for tools and spare parts, and a small hangar bay/airlock holding thruster packs and vacc suits. The shack may be dismantled after the project is completed, or towed off to support another endeavor. Front Hull System * [1] Light Alloy Armor (dDR 3). * [2-4] Cargo Holds (five tons each). * [5] Habitat (one bunk room). * [5] Habitat (one cabin). * [core!] Fabricator ($5k/hour production capacity). Central Hull System * [1] Light Alloy Armor (dDR 3). * [2] Hangar Bay (three tons capacity). * [3] Engine Room (one workspace). * [4] Solar Panel Array (one Power Point). * [5] Habitat (minifac fabricator). * [6] Habitat (briefing room). * [core] Habitat (one bunkroom). Rear Hull System * [1] Light Alloy Armor (dDR 3). * [2-6] Cargo Holds (five tons each). The TL 10 version that has been the most commonly constructed for the last 30 years is same except the advanced armor materials give dDR 5. The facility requires two technicians to run. Additional crewmen are present for zero-G construction work and cargo handling outside the work shack. ^TL^ Spacecraft ^kHP^Hnd /SR^ HT ^Mv ^LWt.^ Load^ SM^ Occ^ dDR^Spd^ Cost^Prod /Inv^Notes^ |9 |[[Work Shack]]|30(20)| –| 14| – |100 |43 |+6 |10ASV| 3 |0 |$6.49M|0/135m| |
