====== Nightgaunt ======

This short range local defense fighter is the standard light fighter of the empire, but being phased out. It is built on a 10 ton streamlined hull.

It is limited by it's MHD turbines that also make resupply of them harder than nuclear powered fighters. 

Most fleet units that have gotten the TL 11 upgrades use [[Typhoon]] as their 10 ton fighter, offering a large increase in combat power over this aging fighter, but it will be a long time until the replacement is total.

   * [core] Control Room (C6 computer, comm/sensor 3,and one control station).

   * [2-5] MHD Turbine (two Power Points each).
   * [6!] Hot reactionless engine
   * [core!] Spinal Battery (central system).
Rear Hull System
   * [1] Hardened Nanocomposite Armor.
   * [2-5] Hot reactionless engines
   * [6!] Spinal Battery (rear system).

Crew is one pilot.
