This ancient yacht was the first mass produced starships meant for private use as yacht/courier. It was produced in huge numbers and is still very common. A rich merchant might well have one.

 It has a 1,000-ton (SM +8) unstreamlined hull about 48 meters long. Spacecraft are
named after bright stars.

Front Hull System

   * [3-5] Cargo Hold (50 tons capacity each).
   * [6] Hangar Bay (30 tons capacity).
   * [core] Control Room (C6 computers, comm/sensor 6, four control stations).
Central Hull System
   * [1] Light Alloy Armor.
   * [2] Habitat (four cabins, two offices).
   * [3] Habitat (gym, bar, two-bed sickbay).
   * [4-6] Habitat (three luxury cabins each).
Rear Hull System
   * [1] Light Alloy Armor.
   * [2] ftl drive (ftl 1)
   * [3-4] Fission Power Plant (one Power Point each)
   * [5-6!] Reactionless engine (1G acceleration each)
   * [core] Engine Room (one workspace).

The usual crew is a command
pilot, a navigator, a ship’s engineer
(who divides his time between the
engine room and bridge station),
and sometimes a steward or
doctor.
