FIXME Emperess onward do the armors based on the space ship armor rules. Rules changes

Normal travel speed of starships is counted in parsecs/day and typically is 1-2/day, with most of the imperial fleet moving at 2 pc/day. Most new imperial warships are 3 pc/day and some special ships reach 4 pc/day.

Most normal starhips are TL 10, The newest imperial warships and noble ships are TL 11. Many older ships are still in use with some TL9 designs still in use in millions.
