General laws

In general most skillful actions require a license to practice professionally. See: Licenses

Breaking laws

Typical offenses and their level for ignoring laws purposes:

  1. Speeding, wrong parking, light unarmed assault(like striking someone with a fist), petty theft(less than 50 IC value), most licensing law violations.
  2. Theft, driving while under the influence, unarmed assault.
  3. Grand theft, Armed assault, causing unlawful death.
  4. Manslaughter
  5. Murder, treason
  6. Grand treason.

Note that if you break higher laws in the line of duty you might still not get any censure if it deemed necessary for greater good. Ie: even without any legal immunity you can speed to catch a criminal when in hot pursuit.

  1. Normally fines: IC 10 to 1000.
  2. Normally higher fines IC 500 to 20000 to jail time or community service(1-30 days)
  3. Jail time(a week to five years)
  4. Long jail time(a year to ten years)
  5. Very long jail time(five years to a nominal thousand years).
  6. Execution

Also in all cases likely someone has to pay for the damages. As default it is the perpetrator, but if deemed justified then the organization granting the legal immunity will stand for it.
