This is a tiny but effective 6 meter long, single-seat, space superiority fighter. It’s designed for maximum agility and heavy forward firepower. It uses a 10-ton (SM +4) hull.

Despite its lack of streamlining the tremendous acceleration of its drive gives it a decent air speed, so in a pinch it can also be used as an aerospace fighter.

Most fleet units that have gotten the TL 11 upgrades use this as their 10 ton fighter, offering a large increase in combat power over the previous Nightgaunt

It has emergency ejection and gravitic compensators.

There is a dedicated rescue version built: It removes 2 lasers and one power plant to fit a robot arm in central hull and two seats in front hull(medic+rescued)

Typical crew is a single pilot.
