My solution to fixing ST damage requires butchering one of the holy cows of GURPS Balistics, AKA the DR 70↔1“ of RHA steel. I would set it instead at twice that, and give pi damage an innate armor divisor of 2. Armor piercing weapons such as the rondel dagger and the estoc would become pi instead of imp, and gain this divisor. Armor gets it's DR doubled, and now ST scales forever as in the 10-20 part of the table, that is, every point of st increases swing damage, and every other point of st increases thrust damage. ST remains as effective as usual in murderizing unarmored creatures, but it's frigging hard to cut through plate thicker than tinfoil.
